In this ‘mini season’ AGM report, we examine the meeting trends that have emerged as we move out of pandemic restrictions.

A major talking point this season has been what format meetings will take after two years of constantly adapting to an ever changing environment.

The first half of 2022 saw us welcome back attendees in person to both hybrid and fully physical AGMs. Shareholders were very happy to be having cups of tea again with their Board Members.

Some key insights in the AGM report include a continuing shift to hybrid AGMs and a decrease in entirely physical AGMs nationally.
